I’ve been waiting for what seems like forever to post photos from our wedding. One of my favorite wedding sites, Style Me Pretty, has featured our wedding and I wanted to say YAY!!!!!
Click here, here and here for all the yummy photos by the sweet, talented, and adorable Amy & Stuart.
Our wedding was so much fun to design. My mind was filled to the brim and overflowing with all the wonder-full things that inspired me. I started keeping track of what I liked and eventually created a mood board. The single most important thing that I designed were the invites.
So, just when you thought that this post was all about our wedding, I’m sharing with you my mood board that inspired all of all our paper goods: the save-the-dates, invitation suite, programs, table numbers, etc.

I was completely inspired by vintage French soap & perfume labels. I also wanted to use silhouettes. I couldn’t decide which idea I loved more, so I ended up using both. I also loved the idea of a vintage typewriter font, which I used on the wood veneer STD’s and the outter envelope. The actual invitation, RSVP, map & info card used several different fonts. I’m not a purist, I love eclectic styling, and as long as it looked great and there was some unity and cohesiveness, I was OK with things being mismatched.
These are a few images of how it all came together – enjoy!

Vy — what a breathtaking collaboration of work! Truly beautiful and you are very talented. That style is definitely up my alley — love it
I would love to know more about how you created the table numbers. I’m collecting vintage frames from Goodwill then spray painting them teal and plan on inserting my table numbers into the frame. However, I would love to create a design around the number similar to what you did.
Thanks for the inspiration and hope to learn more!
Oh Vy you are TOO gorgeous! What a beautiful wedding day. All the details so perfectly done and unique. It all is simply stunning to look at and I will be back to take it all in again.
Wishing you a very happy marriage to your love.
Ciao bella,
Suzanne
I absolutely love every detail of your wedding! Any chance you have an etsy store?
